- Free shipping on all orders in over 180 countries worldwide.
- We do not send mail to FPO, APO, and PO Box addresses.
- For Finland, Norway, and Sweden, we may submit the goods to DHL’s pickup points.
- Free shipping on all orders, approximate 10-25 business days delivery, no including tracking number, see “Shipping Schedules” for specific statute of limitations.
- If you need to add a tracking number you will need to pay an additional US$7.99 (in the cart and on the checkout page).
- If you use Google Pay or Apple pay to pay, and the delivery address of the order you submitted is different from the delivery address provided by Google Pay or Apple pay, we default to the delivery address provided by Google Pay or Apple pay as the delivery address of the order.

Most of our orders are shipped from China, and a small number of orders are dispatched from our warehouses in major countries around the world.
We will choose the appropriate express shipping options according to the destination country. Express shipping options include UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, EMS, TOLL, e-EMS, ePacket, China Post Registered Air Mail, China Post Air Parcel, China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus, HongKong Post Air Mail, HongKong Post Air Parcel, Singapore Post, Swiss Post, Sweden Post, Russian Air, Special Line-YW, DHL Global Mail and SF Express, etc.

Every order you place will send you at least 2 emails.

- After the item is shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation email with your order number, shipping date and time, order status, etc.

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 1 day of placing your order at contact@blfatly.com.
What about customs?
We ship internationally, and whilst most of our customers report zero duties/taxes due, your purchase may be subject to a small import duty depending on your country. We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that a package will be shipped to you and you may get custom fees when it arrives to your country.
